Our company was established in 1995, driven by the market demand for 2D trader name, initially as an outdoor shutters manufacturer. The post-communist period was favorable for the development of activities, providing us with the opportunity to grow and expand through dedication and precision in our operations.

In 1998, we began expanding our activities by introducing the Italian welding network system for the first time in the Albanian market. The effect was surprising, pushing the company to produce machinery and establish production points in collaboration with clients in the main cities of the country for this system. Step by step, the company expanded and started producing aluminum systems and Persian blinds.During this period, we also started producing accessories for the grill system. As the largest producer of these systems in the country and with a vision to expand in the regional countries, the company changed its status in 2001 and transformed into a legal entity called DELD Shpk.

In 2002, the company further expanded and consequently acquired and built its industrial premises in Xhafzotaj/Durres. Today, the company operates on an 8000 m2 plot of land with 5000 m2 of covered space.

In 2003, the company also opened another venture in the medical field called PROFITI CLINIC.

In 2004, we initiated the textile and cord manufacturing activities, offering various products.

In 2006, we upgraded our machinery park by acquiring 10 new injection presses ranging from 100 t to 350 t.

In 2010, we established the accessories department and office.

In 2015, the sewing department was opened.

In 2022, driven by the CEO’s vision and in collaboration with EMU GROUP, we began manufacturing frame systems, gazebos, tents for villas, bars, and outdoor spaces.

In 2023, a new company within the group, PROFITI AUTOMATION, was founded based on the CEO Deivid Profiti’s 11 years of education and experience in Austria. The company provides consulting services and project development in the field of industrial automation.

In 2024, the stamp department was established.

The next project involves constructing a new 1300 m2 warehouse on the purchased 2000 m2 adjacent land.

Over the years, our company has focused on creating and training a professional staff and establishing different divisions to diversify our products. DELD has a well-structured organizational setup divided into departments such as Sales and Marketing, Production, Finance, Technical Office, Quality Control, Human Resources, and separate production divisions in its new premises.
